Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about ReliabuildPro, how it works, and what it checks.

About the Platform
ReliabuildPro is a structured plan review and verification platform for architectural drawing sets. It checks for coordination errors, documentation gaps, and cross-sheet inconsistencies — and returns a structured findings report for designer review.
ReliabuildPro uses AI capability within a specialised, repeatable checking workflow. It is not a general AI chatbot or assistant. The system is purpose-built for architectural plan review — structured inputs, structured outputs, designer confirmation required.
No. ReliabuildPro identifies and flags potential issues. Every finding requires a response from the responsible designer — accept, action, or dismiss with notes. Professional judgement stays with the architect. The platform supports the review process; it does not replace it.
No. ReliabuildPro does not make compliance determinations and does not guarantee consent approval. It is a documentation and coordination QA tool. Consent decisions remain with the Building Consent Authority.
Capabilities & Checks
The platform checks dimension coordination across sheets, cross-reference resolution (detail callouts, section markers), specification and material consistency, structural coordination indicators, schedule completeness, and general documentation QA. See the Capabilities page for the full list.
ReliabuildPro is designed for full drawing sets. Its value is in cross-sheet coordination checking — how information relates between drawings. Single-sheet review is not the intended use case.
ReliabuildPro accepts PDF drawing sets — the standard format for consent-ready architectural documentation in New Zealand.
Data & Security
